No. Rental items are available for local pickup or professional delivery within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
Shipping is not available for rental products.

Yes. We provide professional delivery, installation, teardown, and pickup services throughout the GTA and surrounding areas.
Extended distances may be accommodated upon request and subject to additional fees.

A minimum rental value may apply for full-service bookings. Please contact us for a customized quotation.

1. Select your desired trees from our rental collection.
2. Contact us to confirm availability for your event date (include the event location if you require our delivery/ set up/ tree down/ pick up service for a accurate quotation),
3. A minimum 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation (full payment is preferred).
4. The remaining balance is due at least 5 days prior to the event date.

Please note: Orders placed without prior confirmation may be cancelled. A 3% credit card processing fee applies to refunded transactions.
All confirmed bookings are non-refundable.

Rental is calculated per day (24-hour period).
Extended rental periods are available upon request.

A refundable security (damage) deposit may be required for certain bookings.
The deposit will be returned once items are received on time and in original condition.

Tree selection depends on ceiling height, venue scale, and design vision:
• 10–12 ft: Ideal for standard banquet halls, aisle framing, entrances
• 13–15 ft: Best suited for high ceilings, stages, and luxury statement installations

Each tree is supported by a stable, weighted base designed for safety and balance.
Bases can be concealed with decorative planters, florals, or styling elements to seamlessly match your event aesthetic.

Our trees are designed for efficient installation:
• Modular trunk sections connect securely
• Branches are labeled for easy placement
• Setup instructions are provided

Most installations take approximately 10–20 minutes per tree.
Professional installation service is available upon request.

Vehicle requirements depend on tree size. We typically recommend:
• SUV with seats folded down (for mid-size trees)
• Cargo van or box truck (for 13–15 ft trees)

Please confirm vehicle suitability with us prior to pickup.

Late returns without prior approval may result in additional rental charges.
Clients are responsible for any loss or damage during the rental period. Repair or replacement costs may apply.
