Booking Process

1. Browse & Select

Explore our artificial lemon tree rental collection and select the trees or other décor items you are interested in for your event.

2. Confirm Availability

Contact us with your event date and the list of trees or items required so we can check availability.

If you need delivery, setup, teardown, or pickup services, please email us your event details to receive an accurate quotation.

Important: We do not accept online rental orders without prior confirmation. Orders placed on our website without confirmation may be cancelled and refunded. A 3% transaction fee applies to refunded credit card payments.

3. Deposit & Payment Terms

Bookings are confirmed only after receiving a deposit or full payment in advance.

• A minimum 50% deposit is required.

• Full payment in advance is preferred.

• The remaining balance must be paid at least 5 days before the event date.

• All deposits and payments are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

4. Payment Methods

Online Booking (After Confirmation):

• Credit card via secure order link (3% credit card transaction fee applies)

• E-transfer

• Void cheque / direct deposit to bank

In-Store Booking:

• Debit card

• Credit card (3% transaction fee applies)

• E-transfer

• Cash

5. Security / Damage Deposit

A refundable security or damage deposit may be required for pickups or before delivery. The deposit will be refunded once all rental items are returned:

• On time

• Without damage

• With no missing items

6. Rental Period

The rental period is per day (24 hours). Late returns without prior approval will result in additional rental charges.
