Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy for shipping order, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
For any local delivery order, pick up order and purchase made in store in person, we don't accept any return but only exchange within 7 days.
For USA shipping order, we don’t accept any return or exchange .
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The original shipping charge from order will not be refunded, and buyer will be responsible for return shipping charge. A restock fee $20 will be charged.
If you receive a defect product or the product is damaged during shipping, you must contact us within 3 days from the date packages arrive ( and with proof of damaged product pictures), we will be responsible for return shipping fee. Otherwise buyer's the one who's responsible for any cost due to return or exchange. The original shipping charge from order will not be refunded, only the amount of the actual product value will be refunded.
To start a return, you can contact us at waysavingonline@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customs, Duties, and Brokerage Disclaimer
All goods are shipped from Canada. Shipments to the United States are subject to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations. Although most merchandise classified under HS Code 6702 (artificial plants and foliage) qualifies for duty-free entry under Section 321 of the U.S. de minimis rule (shipments valued at USD $800 or less), U.S. Customs and/or the carrier may impose additional fees, including but not limited to brokerage fees, disbursement charges, or state/local taxes.
WaySaving shall not be held responsible for any such charges. All duties, taxes, and fees, if levied, are the sole responsibility of the consignee/recipient.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 3 days of receiving your item if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll be happy to arrange a return or exchange promptly.
Important:
Claims made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted, and it will be the buyer’s responsibility to cover any issues beyond this timeframe.
Exceptions / non-returnable items/
For any package which is returned due to wrong address, address missing or not pick up by buyer on time, buyer will be responsible for both shipping out and return shipping charge. In addition, a restock fee ($20) will be charged.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchange for final sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
