Customs, Duties, and Brokerage Disclaimer

All goods are shipped from Canada.

Shipments to the United States are subject to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations. Although most merchandise classified under HS Code 6702 (artificial plants and foliage) qualifies for duty-free entry under Section 321 of the U.S. de minimis rule (shipments valued at USD $800 or less), U.S. Customs and/or the carrier may impose additional fees, including but not limited to brokerage fees, disbursement charges, or state/local taxes.

WaySaving shall not be held responsible for any such charges. All duties, taxes, and fees, if levied, are the sole responsibility of the consignee/recipient.
