Booking Process:
1) Browse & Select
Browse our rental collection and select the items you are interested in for your event.
2) Confirm Availability
Contact us with your event date and the list of trees/items needed to confirm availability.
If you require delivery, setup, teardown, or pickup services, please email us all event details for an accurate quotation.
⚠️ Important:
We do not accept online rental orders without prior confirmation.
If an order is placed on our website without confirmation, it may be cancelled and refunded. A 3% transaction fee will apply to any refunded credit card payments.
3) Deposit & Payment Terms
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment in advance.
• Minimum 50% deposit required
• Full payment is preferred
• Remaining balance must be paid at least 5 days before the event date
• All deposits/payments are non-refundable once booking is confirmed
4) Payment Methods
Online Booking (after confirmation):
• Credit card via secure order link (3% credit card transaction fee applies)
• E-transfer
• void cheque / direct deposit to bank
In-Store Booking:
• Debit card
• Credit card (3% transaction fee applies)
• E-transfer
• Cash
5) Security / Damage Deposit
A refundable security (damage) deposit may be required for pickups or prior to delivery.
The deposit will be refunded once the trees are returned:
• On time
• Without damage
• No missing items
6) Rental Period
Rental period is per day (24 hours).
Late returns without prior approval will result in additional rental charges.
